Stayed here for 1 night with my son, had a quite comfortable stay. A wide range of food for breakfast, which was excellent to satisfy everyone. The location turned out to be good, close to Thailand, the airport and Chiang Mai;))
Elevator was missed, we were a little disappointed.

The rooms were clean, simple, and cozy, perfect for our large family. The staff at the hotel were the nicest people we have ever met. They were always friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They even assisted us with our luggages up the stairs, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel also provided us with great information about Chiang Mai, including recommendations for places to eat and must-visit attractions. We also booked a couple of tours through the hotel, and they were excellent. we had the best stay here, and we would highly recommend Azz Hotel to any family visiting Chiang Mai.
For dads, it would be great if there was an outdoor play area for the kids.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff is very kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel provided a washer and dryer, which saved us time and money. the hot drinks area was a great spot to enjoy a quick snack or drink before heading out for the day.
We did notice that there were not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang our clothing. , the wall behind the bathroom mirror did not extend all the way to the ceiling, which allowed mosquitoes to enter.
